This notice covers the Corner Cloud consumer website, including Corner Cloud Co., Express, and Select. Corner Cloud is operated by Sunflare Digital Infrastructure (Sunflare Systems). It covers browsing, age confirmation, product or location requests, and messages to us. Retail transaction records held by a location are handled under that retailer’s applicable notice.
When you contact us, we receive the name, email, request reason, location, and message you submit. A location request can include your city or ZIP code, preferred format, and department. These choices are carried in the contact-page URL and, where supplied, into your message; avoid including sensitive information in a URL or message.
The age gate stores a 21-or-older confirmation in your browser’s session storage. The confirmation does not ask for your birth date or upload an identity document. This site has no online product checkout.
Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times, and error or security logs to serve and protect the site. These details can be personal information; we do not describe all technical data as anonymous.
We use messages to answer product and location questions, consider product requests, respond to feedback, and follow up on an inquiry. If your message concerns a particular location, relevant details may be shared with its team to respond or address the matter. Business partnership inquiries are handled with Sunflare Systems.
Contact submissions use Formspree and our business communication services. These providers process submitted information to deliver and manage messages and help prevent spam. See Formspree’s privacy notice. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the site and communications.
Information may be used within Sunflare Systems and shared with service providers, a relevant location team, or an agreed contractor or supply partner where needed to address your request or deliver the agreed work. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with unrelated parties for their independent marketing. Disclosures may also be needed for legal obligations, security, or a transfer of the business.
The age confirmation stays in session storage until the browser session ends or that storage is cleared. Clearing site data will cause the age gate to appear again. Location-request choices remain in the page URL until you navigate away or remove them; browser history may retain visited URLs.
Inquiry information is kept for responding to and following up on your request, administering a relationship, resolving issues, and required business records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. We review deletion requests and may retain records needed for legal, security, or contractual obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you. We may need to verify the request and consider legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements. Available rights depend on applicable law. For staff portal records, we may coordinate with the organization administering your account.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet system is completely secure. Please keep messages limited to what we need to answer. Corner Cloud’s consumer site is for adults 21 or older; Sunflare’s business pages and Shoprally are intended for business users and authorized staff, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Links can take you to another site, retailer, or platform with its own terms and privacy practices. Review the notice for that service before sharing information.
We update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date above. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately; merely revisiting the site is not treated as consent to a new use of your personal information.
